The real development phase begins once a project has been designated an IBA-M Project Candidate. During the process, we are guided by our IBA-M criteria for excellence. Working alongside the project stakeholders, we refine both in terms of content and design, assess their national and international relevance, and elevate their innovation potential to a new level. At the same time, we ensure that project ideas are presented in a way that is both understandable and compelling. The IBA-M supports each Project Candidate individually. We promote exchange and networking with the aim of strengthening Project Candidates so that they can become true beacons of transformation.
